1st food review ever.. :D

 Morning yawww.....

Bru je pas bfast nie...smbil2 tue duk amik gmbr... wajib dh la kn..he2.. bfast try new cereal yg dh dbeli last week..fyi aku nie mmg giler mkn cereal..x kira pg, ptg...klu rs nk mkn tue tibai je..lgpun cereal nie mnyihatkn, so why not mkn dgn lbh kerap..plus bfast wajib lah amik, klu x xde yg lah tenaga..btw bdn stil rs sakit2 lgi..demam msh x ok..semlm dh stat mkn ubat yg dr. bgi..hopefully pas abiskn antibiotik tue ak dh sihat spenuhnya...since x lrt, nak msk pun x bdaya rase ny..so today rely on cereal n milk je lah..huhu...hrp2 dpt bthn...

nie lah cereal yg bru 1st time beli tue...beli kt carefour kot..ke tesco?..ntah! :D ..cereal nie leh dpt kt section imported food..since imported tanda HALAL pun nan ado...tp ak beli je..sbb yakin sgt2..lgpun ingredient dier suma ny fruits, nuts and cereals je.. so beli tnpa rase was2.. Dorset Cereals nie actually de byk jenis, ade mis ngan berries lah (tempting ok, since ak peminat berries no.1), mix with apple, n mcm2 lgi.. but ntuk 1st try nie ak amik yg super high fiber..for ingredient dier leh tgk gmbr kt bwh... after tgk ingredient tue mmg yakin sgt2..halal..
don't worry...mmg byk imported food dri luar yg xde tande halal..but kita lah sbgai pengguna tue kna pndai2 pilih...tp company yg imported benda nie pun g lah mntak logo halal tue..kat msia kan sng nak dpt...opsss.. :p


 ~ ade empingan gandum, barli, oat, kismis, kurma (nie yg wat rs nak beli sesgt, kurma kan bgus ntuk kshtn, x yah tggu bln puasa je bru nak mkn ok :D), sunflower seed, kelapa panggang (sedap owhh beli mkn dpt rase kelapa tue, mcm lemak2 skit), aprikot dan last but not least hazelnut panggang..mmg rich n super high fiber lah!

 ~ nie rupa cereal tue..sgt byk ok bhn2 nyer...nie la sbb ak ske beli cereal imported...bhn2 nyer byk...klu beli yg msia nyer..mcm yg cereal fitness ape ntah yg kuar kt tv tue..rs x berbaloi...emping jagung je yg byk, buah2 nyer skit...rs cereal ny pun mcm fake gitu... yg nie mmg cereal nyer rs tawar2 je..so i know xde perasa tiruan/tambahan ke ape...purely organic...


~ campur dgn full cream milk, ak x suke low fat milk (bajet leh kurus ke mkn low fat tue? xde makna ny..work out ok, klu nak kurus)..plus rse low fat milk sgt euwhhh...xde rs susu sgt, x bkrim....
